According to your brief, we explore appliance settings, timings and standing times, using calibrated equipment to deliver a guideline that meets both safety and organoleptic quality expectations, while remaining clear for consumers.
Each step is documented so that you can understand how the final recommendation was reached.

Generation programmes use the same range of calibrated domestic appliances as our validation work, for example:
