With a range of service levels to suit your needs from 24 Hour to 10 Day turnaround, we utilise the same values of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in the nutritional preparation process as we do in all our services. Your samples will be processed using calibrated equipment and appliances, photographed post-cook, and homogenised ready for analysis at an accredited external laboratory. You will receive a detailed record of preparation to include pre- and post- cook weights, methods used and final temperatures, along with your Nutritional Report from the testing laboratory.
