Hands on Product Preference
Following completion of the Foundation Level, or for delegates with previous sensory training or experience; we provide a series of Hands On courses which focus on practical industry applications. This course focuses on methods used to understand consumer preference. As a sensory professional, participating in key decision processes, this course will equip delegates to draw reasoned conclusions based on consumer sensory data.
This course is divided into three key elements. In the morning, we will consider real product preference applications, setting objectives and experiment design. Later, the delegates conduct a consumer panel, followed in the afternoon, by a collaborative data analysis and decision making session.
