Gas, Electric and Fan Assisted Ovens 

Our range of calibrated consumer appliances ensure that oven guidelines can be tested to meet with the requirements of brand and retailer policies.  Our methods are accredited to ISO 17025:2017 ensuring compliance with the latest BRC requirements. 

 Microwave Ovens 

We have a large range of calibrated consumer microwaves covering the power outputs found in the UK consumer home. 

Hobs

Boil, pan fry, shallow fry, and steam instructions can all be generated and validated to accredited industry standards.

Air Fryers 

We have been extensivley testing airfryers, as part of our method validation.  We can now provide UKAS accredited generation and validation testing to meet brand and retailer policies. 

Nutritional Analysis (outsourced)

Byzas have been providing preperation services to our clients for over 20 years.  The Chemistry is outsourced to a UKAS accredited testing laboratory.   A wide range of service levels are available to help meet your deadlines. 

Small Appliances 

We have accredited methods available for Slow Cookers, and Deep Fat Fryers.  Whilst some more specialist appliances may  not have accredited methods we can use our extensive experience to develop repeatable methods with all critical measurements tracable back to national standards.    

How to find us. 

Approaching Denbigh from the A525 either direction.  Follow the signs for Denbigh town centre, when you turn onto Vale street at the traffic lights, take the next right past Aldi onto Station Road.  Follow Station Road as it bends to the left and becomes Grove Road, then Beacons Hill.  Crown Lane is the fourth left.  Our building is opposite Crown Lane carpark, up a short driveway. 

Visitors are advised to park in the long stay car park which has 185 Spaces. (this can be accessed from Factory Place,  follow above directions but don't turn into Crown Lane).   Please note access is not suitable for very large vehicles.
